Hello again guys! This is my 3rd blog in one raw!

So, This time i will be sharing Easy traditional Panjiri recipes for Janmashtami. Try this too, and do let me know how you find it. Its my mother's recepi that she always used to cook on Janmashtami.

1. To make this easy panjiri recipe, take a pan over medium flame and add 200 grams ghee.

2. Once the ghee is hot, add in assorted dry fruits of your choice, roast them nicely and keep them in a bowl.

3. To the same pan, gently slide the makhanas, roast them nicely.

4. Make sure that the makhanas turn crispy. Then, turn off the flame and mix these together and then blend them into a coarse mixture and keep it aside.

5. Then add some more ghee to the pan and add in the wheat flour, roast till the mixture turns brown in colour, then add in the makhana mixture along with crushed raisins, pistachios, powdered sugar as per taste, melon and watermelon seeds.

6. Cook all these together for 10 minutes and turn off the flame and add some coconut pieces and dry fruits and nuts.

Yuhoooo! It is good to serve little kanha!!!

And do add TULSI leaves as kanha ji loves tulsi!

Happy Krishna Janamashtami!
