The Unexpected Leader by Joel Sadhanand

Let's see what amazon has to say about this novel:

Ajith, the CEO of India’s most popular coffee chain, Good Morning Inc., is outrageously shocked to hear the pitch from a tech startup: fire all managers and replace them with AI. Though he wants to dismiss the idea, the pitch is ferociously compelling. Before Ajith could take a firm decision, an unexpected tragedy occurs at one of the coffee stores. Ajith loses control over his company overnight. He stages a secretive reverse coup to regain his company.
At the same time, the office of the WHO issues a warning about a global respiratory pandemic to the Indian government, but the prime minister’s office ignores it. Instead, it spends its focus on the developments of Good Morning Inc. Why would the PMO’s office be interested in the incidents of a corporate entity?
Rahul is excited to meet his blind date at one of the coffee shops of Good Morning Inc. What he doesn’t know is that he is just a pawn whose actions are about to trigger an avalanche of consequences in the lives of many people, related and unrelated to Good Morning Inc.
Will Ajith ever regain his company? Will he become the first CEO in the world to successfully use artificial intelligence instead of human leaders to manage its workforce?

Now the reviews:

The book is based on the corporate world bringing out the necessity of having leadership skills and a keen eye to perceive and foresee future events. The book-length is good, it is a short read with compelling characters. The narration is simple. The title and cover page are apt for the story. It is an average read, with narration taking us back into the past in between the story, which can prove to be confusing to many readers.

Recommended to all fictional readers looking for a short, interesting read!

An unexpected leader is a fictional story. It revolves around Ajith, who is the CEO of an coffee chain Good morning Inc. The character portrayed by him is of a person with powerful leadership skills. Mesmerised by the idea of AI replacing the managers he is about to implement the idea in his company but an unforeseen tragedy occurs at one of his coffee bars which apparently turns out to be conspiracy plotted against him.

Heir - End of Innocence

Let's see what amazon has to say about this book

A Princess of 16 summers was to secure the fates of two kingdoms. Destiny demanded her to sacrifice her happiness and her dreams of a complete life filled with passion, happiness and love. Would she rebel against the verdict of fate and become the Queen she was never meant to be? To what end extend would Padmakishori go to fulfil her desires? Or will she accept the compromise for the sake of her father and husband.

An intriguing story that spans through four generations and two kingdoms, "Heir - End of Innocence" is a saga of a Princess learning to survive and thrive in the world of conspiracy and politics.

Now the Review:

Heir: End of Innocence is a book which unveils the story of a princess where the pages are dripping with injustice, orthodox views which has some traces now as well but prevailed a lot in the earlier times. The story line revolves around princess Padmakishori who is the only heir of the kingdom since she is the only child of the King. Rules are always different for girls, she is the sole owner of the kingdom after her parents but her father want her to marry someone who will rule after him. The fact that a kingdom can’t be ruled by a Queen or a princess alone has been put forward and I was really keen to see if this stereotype is challenged. The narration and descriptions are given very well which adds to the storyline. I really like the concept as it a bit unique. It depicts the sacrifices the royal blood had to make in those times. I really liked the entire plot and story line as it has good details and the narration is fluid. The cover is very beautiful. The title is aptly chosen as it gives hints of fight against injustice.

Now the Review:

The book was definitely an interesting read.
The characters were really intriguing and kept me wanting to know more. The graphics and the illustrations were something that added an incredible touch to the book. Reading about the scientific concepts and the technologies was also a cool experience. The author has talked about simple things which exist in the human world and their technological replicas in Electon, which was quite intriguing.

Story tells about the things happening because of Mobile phones, We all know the condition of todays ie Use of these devices... The other world called Electron will truly let you in another world.. Electrons are present all around us but we can't feel them, Right...You'll get an amazing physics here .. Author has choosen a very fresh and new concept. This concepts builts the whole plot and convert it into an amazing book.

he book is very well researched and the author did a nice job in using the realistic concepts and facts to get this sci-fi close to reality. Although it got a little slow because of the explaining stuff and at some places was more elaborated then required which was a kind of negative point. It created ridges in the storyline, but the plot followed was a really good one. Apart from this it’s a really good sci-fi. And as I come from science background it fascinated me a lot. I’d really recommend it for a nice and creative read.

Now the reviews:

The plot mainly revolves around a space probe Voyager 1 that was launched by NASA, in the year 1977. The happenings in the story take place in years ahead of present days. In the year 2095, it has been found that someone is sending signals back from the space probe. Oh god! What's that now? Are they aliens who are reverting signals back? If, yes, won't they harm the existance of people in our planet?

I liked the way plot was developed along the story. The author has revealed enough things at a time to maintain interest. Though some review mentioned "Good Mix of Star Trek and Star Wars", I think the author has created his own plot. As the author has created a space-based futuristic story, concepts of speed & interstellar understanding may look similar. But I can see author's own research, knowledge & conceptualization in originality. Though plot developed steadily, I found minor rush towards the end, Overall it was a fantastic ride.

on a short note, I didn’t find any glitches in this book and enjoyed reading till its last page and looking forward to reading its part 2.
