We constantly
comprehend articles that say if you need a stunning face, hairs and skin then
you must slurp water as much you can! I totally agree with that girl! Water is
like an enchanting wand that gives all you want. It is FREE and presents ubiquitously.
But girls, in this editorial you will find somewhat different! We have listed some myths you always hear
that is nothing to do with your hydrations! So, remove the old taboos and live
care free and be beautiful always!!!
Hydrations
are not that knotty. But it is important to have full information about
hydration process that is connected to the daily routine, health and exercise.
We always get confused regarding some of the taboos that are attached with
water like how much water should we drink? Should we drink hot or cold water?
Electrolyte drink is better than plain water or not? Should we drink water just
after the exercise? We have numerous facts and figures that we need to know to
have better help of water!!!
1.
If you are Thirsty that mean you
are dehydrated!!!
Many say that if you are feeling thirsty then you are dehydrated.
But it is actually a myth. Medical science says that if you are feeling thirsty
then that could be because of the salt in the meal. Doctors say that high
intensity of salt in the bloodstream can tells elicit your thirst. The truth is
dehydration actually accurse when osmolality rise to 5 %. When you eat
something very salty or sweet, then you feel thirsty. It is not link with
dehydrations. But thirst is the good reminder to tell you that is a water time
girl!!!!
2.
8 glasses of Water
We always hear that 8 glasses of water is ideal for healthy body.
But there is NO medical science involve with it guys! Medical science says that
according to the survey it is seen that an average men consumes just 13 cups of
water daily and women just have 9 cups daily. You know our body get water in
many forms daily like in forms of meals, curd, drinks or fruits. You know that
the food we eat daily contain 20% of water that is required by your body. And
don’t forget the water fruits like melons and the coffee you drink also have
water content. And guys if you’re daily going to the gym then those “8 glasses”
are NOTHING! So, 8 is not a lucky
number. Drink as much you can.
3.
Say No to Caffeine
I heard a
lot that we must avoid coffee as it keeps you dehydrated. But it is very
important to know that Lawrence E. Armstrong, a professor of exercise
physiology at the University of Connecticut says that it is NOT correct. He
says that by having coffee we increase the excretion of urine and that is very
good for keeping the body away from fluids. There are many tested that was
conducted in the University of Nebraska to test this notions. It is concluded
that NO beverages can make any significant change to the body in the effect of
dehydrations. So, if somebody says that
try to avoid coffee, try removing this taboo by amplification them why! (Wink)
4.
Cool water
Many say that having cold water will keep your body temperature
under the required level. In 2007, University of Exeter in England states that
water never keep the temperature of the body rise or fall. It is also says that
coldwater can keep the skin temperature fall but there is nothing to do with
body temperature.
5.
Energy Drink
Last thing
in the article is very important. If you are at gym or moving out in hot
weather then simple way to get hydrated is having simple water. It is believed
that sport drink is better to consumed then simple water. But it is also very
silly taboo that we hear very often. But the fact is that water is all way
better and has NO cholesterol too.
So, if you are thirsty, drink
water!!! Don’t make it complicated. It is simple and very beneficial.
