Why I am falling love with Sunset these days?

Many says, don't see sun setting up in the west! It can be a Omen!

But for me- it's beautiful!

It allows you to multitask in a healthy way.

The mental benefits of the former three are well known -- exercise, after all, has been shown to ease symptoms of depression, anxiety and stress -- but simply sitting and observing the sunset also gives you a health boost: the opportunity to practice mindfulness.

Hello & Welcome to my new blog that is written on Sunset!

I hope you are fine, healthy and happy!

It has been proven that watching the sunrise or sunset gives you a better sense of gratitude for the earth. When you are caught up in the natural beauty of the Earth (like a sunset), you rid yourself of any distractions and feel higher levels of satisfaction and gratitude for what's happening in front of you.

And yes, it does helped me!

During lockdown, since March 22- locked in mid of four walls of the house and have nothing productive to do! I have started seeing beauty in Nature. And it does ask me to explore me!

I started asking myself- Why is sunset so beautiful?

The beautiful colors from a sunset are caused by the atmosphere. As the sun gets lower and lower in the sky, its light passes through more and more air layers—compared to noontime, when the sun is directly overhead. And those layers are filled with dust and water particles.

Sometimes, I feel god himself paint that with his own hands, brush and colors!

it can be a way of saying that nature is so beautiful to embrace!

The sunset symbolizes the completion of a day's work and shows the passage of time. As the sun sets, it is time to end the day and take a break. The awesome beauty of the setting sun is also symbolic of the beauty and mystery of life itself. As the sun sets, light fades, which is symbolic of the forces of darkness.

What else, you can need, when the day is itself ending- saying you goodbye! and reminding you that a new day is about to come soon! or simply- it's a time to take some rest!

Sometimes, I feel that "Lockdown" is also a kind of Sunset in our lives telling us that it's time to take some time off, take some rest!

and soon there will be a new day!

Before the lockdown, there was NO time for me- waking up at 7, making breakfast, packing lunch, preparing him for the office, getting ready, struggling in the Delhi Metro, meeting new projects daily at office, coming back at 9, making coffee, going for gym, and then then making dinner, blah blah blah!

Life was so dull!

with all the light, sunrises, and lots of hurry- I was incomplete!

But with this lockdown- Sunsets have a calming power for me. ... Sunsets remind me that I want my life to be about inspiring others, walking in kindness, extending grace and seeing other people, not through my eyes, but through my faith. And choosing to do that even when I don't feel like it.

Its Beautiful!

Thanks all for the day!

Keep updated! Please follow my blog, like, comment and share! if you like what I write :)
