If you can write, Proud of that !

Many people write and many love to share, fewer keep them in the dairies too and lesser make money out of it! Yes!!! After doctors, teachers, C.As, bankers and engineers, here comes a new genre in Indian society to have fame, money and respect! Content writers in India are getting hike and highly paid. But writing a useless stuff and filling the empty space on web is NOT the motive. But writing thoughtful and useful must be every writer motive. This write up is especially for our new aspirants that are planning to be a writer. Once in my meeting with my manager, he told me that writing something in English is not great, but writing something good that readers them self ask about you is great! So this content is for our new writer to be most paramount in this genre.

Happy Writing!

Get Paid

It is true to know that many of our writer are so anxious to get there content print in magazine that they ask for NO MONEY at all for writing! According to me, you can do writing for free of cost if you want to build “portfolio” for your writing in publishing house. That is it. But sad thing is that many publishing house will print your articles if your content are not at par standards, even if you are writing for fee for them. So, waste NO time, start with new publications with lesser money! Avoid writing for free of cost. If your articles are not accepted for publishing, don’t delete them, may be another publishing house will approve this write up. Keep it safe and have a positive outlook for writing!

Don’t Ever Delete

As a writer, I understand that how much efforts and time is needed to write content for just 500 words. And if that write up get rejected, you simply deleted it. My concern is that, the time that you have devoted it for writing must not get wasted. Yes, that write up could be less informative or lesser effective to readers. But instead of deleting it, you must edit for another publishing house.

Daily Writing

Writing is not a thing for once a week traditions. Set a target for writing. I am not saying that you must write whole day long, but writing each hour a day make your writing improve and best to read at. Make a habit of writing something for you in any genre, location or word limit. But the main motive must be that should be satisfied after reading our write up. If you really have a passion to write, you surely get a time to write things.

Avoid Writer Block

Sometimes, you might feel that you don’t have any interesting topic to write upon. Don’t skip writing at that day. Write anything that is even nonsense even. You can too write upon that – today you are not getting any topic to write upon.

Small is Good:

It is very obvious that you can’t be a novelist in one go! You have to start with scratch. Write something and mail to the editors of the magazine and newspaper. Your writing will get acknowledgements as well as money.

Write as per the expectations:

You can’t write something that has never asked for. For good readers appreciations you have to do good research work to have best topics to write upon. It might take more time then you usually take time to write things up.

Editing is Important:

Writing something is not important. To make it most interesting and favourable for reading, you have to do extra efforts. That includes editing, reframing and using new words to it. What actually happens is when a writer writes things up, they write whatever comes to the mind. But main work is that to create it more beautiful by editing it after writing it.

Never submit 1 article to many publications at one GO!

It is a BIG NO to every writer that they don’t submit the same article to the same publications.  If you do it, you will surely come to the “black” books of the firm. Wait until your article got rejected by one firm so, that you submit it another one.

Editors are Important:

You must acknowledge your editors for helping you for suggesting some of the topic for write up. Never use abusive language if your write up get rejected. Be polite and ask for chances to write on the columns.

Be confident

No writer can be best at the start. You have to work hard to be a best in this genre. In this domain of professions, you can’t show your degrees t have money. You have write better each day to be the best in this domain. So be confident and write well.

I hope this write up surely help many writer to get into the right track of writing. Never take a back turn as writing genre is the best thing that life can offer to you!

Sometimes...

we always have few people in family that are always outspoken and you can't even stop them to speak what comes to their mind. Sometimes it is very hilarious to be in that situations but sometimes it becomes actually very irritating.

I too have that kind.
I love that person as he is very important to my life plus he caually makes my life sick sometimes.
After dealing with this situations and this person, I get to have few pointers:
1. I am close to that person
2. It leads to his mind that those person is also close to them ( Thats is actually NOT)
3. I have friends ( suppose "x")
4. It is NOT meant that "x" shares a same equations with that family member too.

I know it is very confusing, let me explain..

1. Suppose I have one family member like my uncle that is very outspoken and didn't know what to talk and when to talk to.
2. But this uncle is very close to you.
3. You can't leave them.
4. And you have your friend "x"
5. You are very close to "x" and have very good equations with him.
6. in some situation, someday, what happens is you uncle ask you to call "x" for some purpose
7. After calling, you tend to have conversations in your friendly manner with "x". as usually have
8. AND what happen next is OUT OF THE DEVIL eye .. I mean during your call your uncle said something that is VERY IRRITATING and DISGUSTING to "x"
9. You know "x" listen it
10. YOu CANT stop uncle, you cant hang up the call. You cant die..

I mean...

REALLY???

IT is very simple rule..
You cant say anything to anyone.
Every person have different mind set.
Every one have its own perspective to see things.

What this situation actually do..
1. Makes my "x" ashamed
2. Makes me feel disgusted
3. Make me ashamed with the fact that how actually my uncle is
4. I feel rejected why I include uncle with "x"

No answer is in my MIND, what actually should I do when this situation again come.

I have just one solution: KEEP this uncle away from everyone that I know.OR telling frankly to him that you have to think about you are saying.

Leave encashment

Today we are getting many perks in company. It is NOT just salary and 5 days working environments that make you love your love your current company. Well, I am an online writer in a reputed company. Apart from working from home environment, I am stunned to get an amazing perk today. This perk is not new. But yes, it is first time that I am being part of it. So, my today’s topic is “Leave encashment”.

Yes... that perk is “leave encashment”.
To start with let me explain what exactly this leave encashment is all about. It is a amount of money that is been encased to the employee in the behalf of not taking leaves that are given to them. These leaves are sick leaves and casual leaves.
All companies have different procedures in this regard. Coming to my personal company, we have few points that need to consider while taking an advantage of these perks.
Let us take a look at it.
1.      Every employee is entitled to have 2.15 leaves per month. These leaves has be stanchion by managers and HR beforehand.
2.      If employee doesn’t take these leaves, that leaves are carry forward to next month.
3.      It means:
·        January: 2.15 leaves (if no leaves taken)
·        Feb: 2.15 + 2.15= 4.30  leaves in account
4.      To encash this money, every company have some minimum point, like in my case there should be at least 21 leaves in account to encase the money.
5.      These encasements are paid with the salary

Well this is as far as clear and excellent to think about.
I mean to keep the employees happy and contented; the best thing to offer them is MONEY.

I love it.
Everyone does..

On this Sunday..

Cooking food is always an art for me !!! There is a NO fixed procedure to cook something good. If you love eating, then you surely love cooking too!
Coming back to the topic, I am here sharing me recipe on matar paneer.
Frankly speaking, the last thing I would eat is matar paneer. But when I decided to cook something nice this Sunday, the first thing that comes to my mind is this dish. I hate the dishes which are wet i mean “tarri wali”. I love thick gravy or “sukhi sabzi” more.

So, What I do, to break my mind set is searching differing methods of making this matar paneer on “you tube”. I found millions, having delicious looking pictures.
What I opt is “shahi paneer” looking matar paneer recipe.
Well, I hope you will try this and love like I do.
Time taken: 20 minutes
The ingredients you will need are:
·         Amul butter ( 5 spoon)
·         Zeera( 1 spoon)
·         Fresh malai( half cup)
·         Onions (4 piece)
·         Tomatoes(6 piece)
·         Tomatoes ketch up( 4 spoon)
·         Tomato parry( half packet)
·         Peas( 1 cup)
·         Paneer(250 grams)
·         Salt( to taste)
·         Red chilli ( 2 spoon)
·         Green chilli (2 )
·         Garam masala ( 4 spoon)
·         Dhhaniya powder ( 3 spoon)
·         Sugar (1 spoon)
·         Dhhaniya ( few leaves)
·         Milk ( 1 cup)

Method

·         Boil peas (1 cup) for 5 minutes adding little salt.
·         Cut paneer in small pieces and fry them to red colour
·         In a frying pan, put some butter (3 spoon)
·         Add Zeera (1 spoon)
·         Add ginger garlic paste(2 spoon)
·         Stir them nicely.
·         Chop onion.
·         Put onions in a frying pan.
·         Cook well till brown
·         Add salt to taste
·         Add tomatoes finely cut into small pieces.
·         Cook until they (onions and tomatoes) turn into thick gravy
·         Add red chilli powder, Garam masala, salt and paneer masala (I preferred MDH masala).
·         Cook well
·         Add tomato puree
·         Cook well
·         Add milk (half cup)
·         Cook in medium flame
·         Add peas
·         Cook well
·         Add fried paneer pieces
·         Add fresh malai
·         Add Butter
·         Add Sugar
·         Cook well, until they get nice red colour.
·         Add Dhhaniya powder and Dhhaniya leaves for garnishing
·         Serve hot with butter parantha

Well, I love the consistency. One tip I need to add that we must avoid water in cooking this dish. Water will make this dish less in consistency. Milk will add taste ad make it thick.
I personally love it.
I hope you too

What exactly they want from me?

We are living in that society where we are more concern about what other are thinking about us.  I mean I am girl and opting any career has to be accepted by society first than concerning about my own will.
I am an English graduate from Delhi University.
It is a BIG thing.

Studying literature is wisest thing that a girl can do. It is being sophisticated.
So coming back to the topic, I actually was a PRO working in a media concern. But god has different plans for me I guess, I grow as a writer, Content writer!
That is a best thing that can ever happen to me.
I mean, there are many people who are feared from thing alien language: English and took it as a status symbol, I am writing professionally in ENGLISH!!!
But..
Some has really said perfectly that “ jitney muh utni baate”

I am writer and working from home. I mean I can serve my family + take care of my beauty+ do my regular gyming+ write well= perfect life!!!

That is actually perfect.

But I want to share one instance that I have heard about this profile that make me stunned with confusion.

One day, I heard from one of my aunt:
“After marriage you have to change your job right?”
“WHY”
“I mean aise to tum ghareloo ban jaoge”

I was quite and thinking deep behind the statement.

I mean i am NOT that kind of girl that do things that others want me to do. I love following my selves.

But that statement actually makes me wonder that Is she actually giving me advice or is she was jealous about my so perfect job?

I am freelancer. I mean I am a content writer working from home from one of the biggest e commerce company in India. It is a brand name.

After hearing about this statement, I have planet of thoughts popping out of my mind.

1.      When I was a PRO, people want me to be a teacher. Teacher according to them is a best job for girls as they can come back home at 4 and look at their home and office easily.
2.      PRO is NOT a thing that I can think after being married as my in laws might not like me to going to distant office meeting my clients and have such a modern kind of life style is NOT fit for us.
3.      So opting Content writer professionals is best for girls. People will NOW be happy.
4.      Freelancing, I mean working home from home will be cherry to top for both for me and my whole big family.
5.      Now being at home will make me “ghareloo” and PRO will make me a “absurd”???
6.      What should I do exactly?

I am actually having NO idea what exactly people around me want from me?

I don’t want to think much. I love what I am doing.

else.

Punishment for NO reason

When I was young, around the age of 15 or 16, marriage was a prevalent reverie for me. Wearing that stunning red dress, full 7 days revelry, full hand Mehandi and MOST significant of all: that red glamorous looking Chura. I always asked my dad that I wanted to get marry and what all my expectations from my kind of perfect husband. He actually takes me very critically.

I mean he used sit beside me and listen all the messy stories that I have for my marriage and for my future family or would I say in the regard of my husband.
I was tiny.
I didn’t know, I suppose, the meaning of real marriage.
But now as I am 25 now, get to know little idea of what actually this intuition tells about.
It is bit intricate.
I mean it is ACTUALLY.

It is not just about dresses or holidays or Mehandi.
These things are just baits to get hold you in a trap called marriage.
Off...
All my friends on my face book are getting engaged. Wearing that fake smile or full jewelleries things or updating the status like “finally got love of my life” something with a guy.
I too get a fear that one day I will have to leave my family forever.
Yes...
That is a key word: FOREVER...

I mean yes, I a surely not going to marry a distant place and we all have internet connectivity to have web chat or something or yes we all have cars that easily make me visit my HOME (that used to be) easily, on every single day.
BUT
Yes it will surely make a difference.
Marriage is NOT about dresses and holidays.
It is actually a punishment for “life time” without doing any offence that forces a girl to live with another family and forget your own home.
I didn’t able to have stupid fights with my brother each day for NO reason; I couldn’t have a chance to share my innocent stories with my dad. Nor I can sit beside my mum every day having lappy on one side and coffee on other hand and having lovely and spicy gossip chit chat, or welcoming my dad on each evening with that “ kho kho” voice.
There are numerous moments that I need to skip for this intuition:
I mean such a big sacrifice.
I know, I will not the only one for sure.
Every girl has to do this. My mother has leaved her for my father and my daughter will surely do the same.
BUT...
My notion is not that it is wrong. BUT it is very DIFFICULT.
And...
That difficult situation becomes pathetic when you get to marry a totally unknown person.
I mean REALLY??
On the one hand, you are leaving your parents and on the other hand you are supposed to live with a stranger. This punishment is called: arrange marriage.
Well. This is NOT the thing that I will ever opt.
I will prefer to die with known source rather than blind folded.
I wanted to have a love marriage, with the one I actually known for years.
I am not breaking the protocol. I mean there are girls who are doing love marriages. I am not confiding on trend setting thing for sure but yes.. I am keeping myself safe.
Well...
My purpose is NOT to give my debate on love marriage over arrange, but for many of the girls just as a girl like me, sharing my thought to getting this indispensable punishment that we can never escape.

In our one conversation..

Well girls love to talk and think whatever comes to their mind. We just need someone who can just sit beside us and listen all the stories that are coming in our mind.
God save those innocent souls (Wink)
Well..

We have many friends but we always have that special one that we always share our deepest secrets with.. The secrets of childhood, lost love, our weakness or just failures that we are even afraid to share with ourselves.
Sharing our thoughts always helps.
It keeps us calm.

It keeps you to move on to next part of the situations.
Supposingly, I tell you that one day I have a argument with my grandma
that she uttered with nowhere that i have one small and one large eye.. (yayee!!!) I mean WHAT???

I am so angry and agitated with statement that I start staring on mirror for hours. I too have arguments for days on that with her.

BUT..
keeping this think in my heart wont help..
Yes.. I too think much.. BUT that is what I am.
So on that particular day, with same agitated and tears in my eyes I asked him

" YOU TELL ME- Do I look like a CARTOON"?
He says " What?"
I mean " Do I have one eye small and other big?
He  look into my eyes..

he just laughed.. continuously..
for a minute
I was stunned.

Actually Nothing can be done with that situation.
i can't boycott my grandma on saying that type of stuff, neither I can actually measure my two eyes to proof that i have same cmsm Nor I can ignore it, And Neither can I yelled at him to stop laughing.

Well, I just laughed... mean I can't stop my laugh popping out of my mouth thinking about these situations.
I mean just after sharing, that situations that actually make my cry, turn out to be a big laugh when I shared with him.

Actually ..

This is just one instance that I have put..

There are many, you might too have millions!!!

My motive is to tell you that SHARE..your thoughts.

With anyone, you can talk to your Boyfriends, mothers, dog, father or even write a blog.

BUT share!!!

It will help you to move on and laugh!!

Trust me..
Share and live long !! (wink)
