I met Akshay Sir through my Facebook profile one fine day. I send him a friend request and saw this wonderful looking novel at his page. THE MONK! such a beautiful name for the novel but the gun at the cover is quite amusing :) I have to read it.

The next moment, I just ping sir for the review copy and got the affirmation within a minute, with lots of good wishes from his end.

Now let comes to the novel- THE MONK.

1.The Monk is the story of Lakshya Gaitonde who dreams of becoming a cricketer but life has different plans for him.

2. The story is about his journey of avenging the wrongs done to his family due to terrorism and finally embracing saffron robe.

3. The title of the novel is perfect with the image of a gun and the trigger ready to be pulled. This gives the impression that the book is a thriller. However, the book is much more than any other thriller.

4. An interesting one, the author taking inspiration from the terror attacks leashed on Mumbai over a period of time weaves a story.

5. In short, journey of the terror attacks in chronological order and at the same time gives us an insight into its psychological impact on the protagonist Lakshya Gaitonde.

6. Nevertheless, Gargi stands up to its name and yet again a fine story is given to the readers.

7. The narration is perfect .

8. The cost of the novel is affordable.

9. The writing style is simple and engaging.

10. Full credits to the author for his extensive research.

So, I met this wonderful author through Bernard Dsaa sir, the founder of RainDrops Company. This is one of the most favorite publishers of mine. Recently, I too read and reviewed two of the novels published by this publication- So much love, and For you Mother. I had a very good experience reading these books.

So, talking about Kaushal Hingu sir if you ask me, I would say that he is very sweet to talk with and also gives you the best advice that you can incorporate in your life. 19 years old Kaushal Hingu, lives in Mumbai, where he was born and brought up. His interest in writing was from his school time where he wrote his first poem. Being brought up in a middle-class family, everyone had an expectation from him but Kaushal had a different expectation from himself.

When land up at the Amazon page of this novel and see the description of the novel, you can read- The story is about a boy Vivek who struggles to find his destiny at the age of 22, he selects Medical studies over his original dream of becoming a philosopher. His father had died when he was 14 years old and his mother was not concerned for him after it. They belonged to a rich family background. Mamta is a widow, who lost her husband in a car accident in which she had lost her unborn child in her womb; she is a psychiatrist, who is tired of treating her old clients, she is finding adventure and treat the new patients or more of normal humans who do not know about their problems with life

Very Interesting!!!

So let's come to the review part :)

1. It's not just about living is aMost of us today have to deal with mental stress issues and getting a treatment for it from a psychiatrist is still difficult in India.

2. This book deals with one broken heart healing another broken heart. a romantic thriller with little motivational debut novel for readers by Mr.Kaushal Hingu.

3. This story revolves around the lives of two people who are  Vivek & Mamta who happen to meet each other and share a unique & strong bond.

4. Mamta is a psychiatrist and a motivational speaker. And Vivek who lost his father at the age of 14 and his mother was not concerned for him after it.

5. According to me, this book teaches us to follow our heart and to do things that make ourselves happy, and stress-free and also it makes us realize the inner motivation in ourselves which we need to face our destiny or Manzil.

6. If you are not happy with your current job and want to do something that your heart force you to do, then this novel is a MUST read!

7. The language of the novel is very simple and well engaging.

8. I complete this novel in one go! I mean in just 4 hours :) I simply loved it <3

So, this is my 2nd novel in my list from Tanmay sir.  But I wanted to add here is that Tanmay sir is one of the sweetest people available to talk. These two weeks reading his wonderful novels made me smile, cry, and taught me many life lessons. The novel written by him is worth reading and I will surely buy his next novel whenever it will hit the market.

So let comes to the review part.

When you land up to the Amazon link and want to read the description of this novel, you will find- Atul Shukla, a young, successful executive, has been arrested by the Gurgaon police. As he attempts to find some comfort in the dark confines of his cell, Atul revisits his life and the six evenings that changed its course.
Eight years ago, while working in Bhopal, Atul had met the beautiful and intelligent Priya on a train, DDLJ style. When it turned out that she was in his city for only six days, he decided to woo her in that fleeting period of time. But fate had other plans in store, and Atul and Priya were torn apart by lust and betrayal, seemingly forever.
Years later, Atul and Priya meet once again for six days, while they are both navigating the murky underbelly of the modern corporate world. And this time it’s not just their love at stake, but their careers, and their future as well. Will Atul and Priya manage to give love a second chance? Or will corporate greed destroy their chance for a happy ending?
Just Six Evenings is a modern-day tale of love, lust, and ambition in a corporate India that shines at the expense of the dreams it tramples under its feet.

Sound Interesting??? Right?

This is a story:

1. This is a based in the cities of Bhopal and Delhi -NCR.

2. This is a story of ATUL - below average student.

3. Atul met a naive, an intelligent, beautiful girl named Priya.

4. Cupid strikes at the first sight for ATUL and fell in love with Priya.

5. They meet in Bhopal for 6 days and romance, lust, misinterpretations, betrayal, and lots of sad events that will be made you cry a lot.

6. Eventually, they got separated.

7. On the one hand, Atul got power, money, reputation, but didn't get the inner peace and love from her first love- Priya.

8. On the other hand, Priya too managed to move on her life and become high - profile corporate woman.

9. Again Atul and Priya met, where he confesses his deeds to Priya.

10. Atul is handcuffed and put behind the bars.

11. In the end, Atul's family and friends helped him. And finally, they live happily ever after.

The narration is done beautifully, making story connecting. The situations described in the story are practical and believable and hence the reader may find vivid emotions written in the book, relatable. The way author has exposed the dark sights of corporate world is highly commendable. Language used was simple and understandable. I realy love the cover page. The cost of the novel is very affordable to buy!4

From me its again 5/5.

This novel says that - Everyone is imperfect and everyone deserves to be loved.

So, I got this novel from Kulpreet sir through my Facebook profile when I saw his cover page having an image of his two novels. And "The Girl Who Loved a Spy " is one of them.  I still remember how he started our conversation and motivated me by saying - " I'm very impressed by the way you are promoting novels of your friends"

Thanks, kulpreet sir, for motivating my work!! There are very few people who actually support people around and help them to grow :)

So, he sends me this wonderful novel in just 2-3 days so that I can read it and share with my friends.

So, here comes my reviews :)

The description of the novels says that- It all starts when Andy Karan is asked by Monica, his boss at the 'New Delhi Today' magazine, to investigate the murder of a lawyer. As Andy is sucked deeper, he discovers a shocking connection between organized crime and desperate businessmen.

The action begins when Monica, his beautiful boss at the New Delhi Today magazine, sends him to Tilakpur to look into the murder of Ram Avtar, a drunk who knew too much about a terror plot.

To start with, let me tell you all that this is a romantic suspense!!! Yes !!! So, if you love thriller, and you are a romance lover, then this is a novel for you.
The character of the Spy -Andy Karan and chapters of  Mumbai and Murud Janjira island part, towards the second half, is beautifully captured.

As a readers you will tantalized like :
1. What is happening in the island fort of Marud Janjira?
2. Who is the enemy that Andy has to face?
3. Why is this a matter of life and death?
4. What roles do Monica, and her influential boss, Krishna Bedi, have to play in the entire plot?
5. Will Andy be able to cut through the brambles and act before it is too late?

The style is racy, the narrative gripping. There is a sense of familiarity as the reader traverses through many landmarks in Delhi.

The cover design has been beautifully done and adds to the appeal. The pages are crisp and nice. In short, The language is so simple that anyone can read and understand. The story is good, the Haryana rural scenery with crime and spy work are described beautifully. I liked the Mumbai portions too though I have been to Mumbai only once. The climax is sudden but the epilogue filled my eyes with tears.

One thing more I wanted to add here is that- I mainly enjoyed the story because it breaks the stereotype about our society. Monica is ten years older and Andy is in love with her.

For me its 5/5 :) Must buy and Read!!!

So, this is a review for this wonderful novel from me :)

The cover looks quite vibrant with yellow and orange hues. The three cycle riders are obviously the three friends that this story would be about.

Rahul, Ritesh, and Rehan are the main characters of the story along with Jackal and Neha. Ritesh being in army got injured during one of his operations and Rehan and Rahul get there as soon as possible to meet their dear friend.

Now, here comes the TWIST in the novel: Now the story goes behind 6 years when they were in college.
They are studying and having fun in the college lessons, and one scam drops down in their life and they get into a big legal trouble.

Soon they found themselves behind bars.

The novel delves into their internal struggles and professional aspirations. It also touches upon the parent-child relationship and the inner workings of the minds of the young adults.

So, in short, this is a strory of passion, and aspiration, And FRIENDSHIP!

I finished the book in one go. Speaks volumes about the captivating plot which kept me hooked till the end. Though some of the things by the end were predictable, so are the lives of ours, general public

On the description page of the novel, you can read this - "Why does the love always seem beautiful in romantic movies and novels, but not in real life? Why should lovers not be in any relationship after they break up? Why do ex-lovers always try to deal with damages instead of staying together? Well... so true!!!
Real Life Love story are never so simple and rosy!
So, I need to read this novel to get to know more about Sidhhant and Hritisha <3

The novel cover is very cute looking with soft blue color that make you feel so summer special! The way the title of the novel is placed with the font at the cover page is excellent. Plus the name of the title is given apt that perfectly shows that its a sad love story!

Simple, honest n soulful book ,each n every emotions and relations describe with lots of love n respect too.whatever it is .
Feeling extra ordinary when ur language used in story happy to read GUJARATI sentences between conversation
The conversation between Hritisha and Siddhant have a power to make you cry and laugh easily. The poems, and the way author express the feeling when they are not together is so good. The way siddhant miss the gym call, lunch time talks, and selfies of hritisha make you realish that you are so lucky that you are with your partner :) I just cried when Siddhant flush the diamond ring when he was broke. I felt angry when avinash character enters ;/ And I too cried when I got to know that Hritisha's dad passed away!
