Located in the Trikuta Hills in Katra, Jammu & Kashmir, the Mata Vaishno Devi Cave Temple is the second-most popular Hindu pilgrimage site in India.
If you are also from Delhi and want to visit, Mata Vaishno Devi, then this blog can be your help.
From Delhi to Katra, there are a total of 20 Vaishno Devi trains. The YPR NZM Special, HAPA SVDK Express, Jammu Mail, DLI SVDK Special, and others are some of the important trains. The Shri Vaishno Devi Katra Vande Bharat is the fastest of them all, arriving in Katra in just 8 hours.
Although Vaishno Devi is accessible to pilgrims throughout the year, the best time to travel there is from March to October. Since the weather is cool and pleasant during these months, many pilgrims travel to Vaishno Devi, but the majority of visitors schedule their trip for the Navratras.

Teeth Pain, Gum Swelling & Cheek Swelling
I am sure that you must be mourning your toothache or gum swelling, that you click on my blog. Sorry to learn about your pang. I can understand what you must be fumbling right now. I have been mourning a gum infection for a week now.
Toothache can have causes that aren't due to underlying disease.
For many days, I was partaking some sensitiveness while eating sweets or hot meals, or beverages. I never gave adequate importance to this sensitivity issue that my teeth were going through until I genuinely hit painfully on my cheeks one night. I visited a chemist nearby and asked him to give me painkillers and Sensodyne paste.
Well, I thought the role of the chemist was identical to the Dentist.
I was so WRONG!
A regular salt water rinse and cold compress application can typically remedy minor irritation, but more serious toothaches may require a dentist’s intervention- I accept!
Week after week, I keep on neglecting these discomfort and sensitiveness problems.
But one fine day, I woke up with inflated cheeks and ultra painful gum!
Trust me, I couldn't believe my eyes. How hideous I was looking that day. All thanks to the COVID-19 mask that rescued me from showing my face at the office.
I determined to take a day off the next day, and visit my family Dentist.
Dr. Vibha Arora
PUNYA DENTAL CLINIC
Address: 41, Block F 1U, Uttari Pitampura, Pitam Pura, Delhi, 110088
Phone: 098998 31634
I told myself that if my symptoms persist for more than a day or two, I will see my dentist. She can provide guidance on how to ameliorate my symptoms and control future discomfort.
But waiting for two or three days more can make my circumstances more alarming.
I was looking like a monkey with those bloated cheeks.
So, I visited Dr Vibha, the same day.
The doctor was considerate and listened to all my questions with patience.
She looks at my gum and ensures me that within a few days my cheek will be fine.
She suggested me to take:
Tab Augmentin 625 mg
Tab Enzoflam
And Salt water gargles 3-4 times a day.
For many people, a saltwater rinse is an efficacious first-line treatment. Saltwater is a natural disinfectant, and it can help loosen food particles and debris that may be stuck in between our teeth. Treating a toothache with salt water can also help reduce inflammation and heal any oral wounds. To use this approach, I mix 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) of salt into a glass of warm water and use it as a mouthwash.
I started doing salt water rinse 4-5 times a day. It was convincing, I Suppose
Along with it, I also started my medication- Tab Augmentin 625 mg and Tab Enzoflam.
Tab Augmentin 625 mg - for the swelling
Tab Enzoflam- for pain relieving
Tab Augmentin 625 mg is a penicillin-type of antibiotic that helps your body fight infections caused by bacteria. I guess this is the main tablet that will help my gum swelling problem.
One Augmentin 625 mg tablet should be consumed two times a day for five days for best results.
Augmentin 625 Duo Tablet contains two different medicines, Amoxycillin and Clavulanic Acid, that work together to kill the bacteria that cause infections. Amoxycillin works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Clavulanic Acid reduces resistance and enhances the activity of Amoxycillin against bacteria.
Although you might not notice it right away, antibiotics begin working as soon as you start taking them. Usually, within 2-3 days, you'll start feeling better and see an improvement in the infection.
17 Jan 2022, I started using Augmentin 625 mg tablet.
Will surely share my experience in my next blog.
Next comes- Enzoflam!
Enzoflam Tablet is a combination of medicines that is used for short term relief of pain, inflammation and swelling. It aids in the relief of mild pain and reducing fever. It's used to treat muscle aches, back pain, joint pain, menstrual cramps, and toothaches, among other things. Enzoflam is commonly used to relieve pain.
So, all in all, My dentist uses a tablet for bacterial infection, another for the pain , and salt water to reduce inflammation and heal any oral wounds.
Will be sharing my next blog, for the review part.
Stay Tuned!
& Keep brushing your teeth.
