For Writers.. like me!!!

Many people write and many love to share, fewer keep them in the dairies too and lesser make money out of it! Yes!!! After doctors, teachers, C.As, bankers and engineers, here comes a new genre in Indian society to have fame, money and respect! Content writers in India are getting hike and highly paid. But writing a useless stuff and filling the empty space on web is NOT the motive. But writing thoughtful and useful must be every writer motive. This write up is especially for our new aspirants that are planning to be a writer. Once in my meeting with my manager, he told me that writing something in English is not great, but writing something good that readers them self ask about you is great! So this content is for our new writer to be most paramount in this genre.

Get Paid

It is true to know that many of our writer are so anxious to get there content print in magazine that they ask for NO MONEY at all for writing! According to me, you can do writing for free of cost if you want to build “portfolio” for your writing in publishing house. That is it. But sad thing is that many publishing house will print your articles if your content are not at par standards, even if you are writing for fee for them. So, waste NO time, start with new publications with lesser money! Avoid writing for free of cost. If your articles are not accepted for publishing, don’t delete them, may be another publishing house will approve this write up. Keep it safe and have a positive outlook for writing!

Don’t Ever Delete

As a writer, I understand that how much efforts and time is needed to write content for just 500 words. And if that write up get rejected, you simply deleted it. My concern is that, the time that you have devoted it for writing must not get wasted. Yes, that write up could be less informative or lesser effective to readers. But instead of deleting it, you must edit for another publishing house.

Daily Writing

Writing is not a thing for once a week traditions. Set a target for writing. I am not saying that you must write whole day long, but writing each hour a day make your writing improve and best to read at. Make a habit of writing something for you in any genre, location or word limit. But the main motive must be that should be satisfied after reading our write up. If you really have a passion to write, you surely get a time to write things.

Avoid Writer Block

Sometimes, you might feel that you don’t have any interesting topic to write upon. Don’t skip writing at that day. Write anything that is even nonsense even. You can too write upon that – today you are not getting any topic to write upon.

Small is Good:

It is very obvious that you can’t be a novelist in one go! You have to start with scratch. Write something and mail to the editors of the magazine and newspaper. Your writing will get acknowledgements as well as money.

Write as per the expectations:

 You can’t write something that has never asked for. For good readers appreciations you have to do good research work to have best topics to write upon. It might take more time then you usually take time to write things up.

Editing is Important:

Writing something is not important. To make it most interesting and favourable for reading, you have to do extra efforts. That includes editing, reframing and using new words to it. What actually happens is when a writer writes things up, they write whatever comes to the mind. But main work is that to create it more beautiful by editing it after writing it.

Never submit 1 article to many publications at one GO!

It is a BIG NO to every writer that they don’t submit the same article to the same publications.  If you do it, you will surely come to the “black” books of the firm. Wait until your article got rejected by one firm so, that you submit it another one.

Editors are Important:

You must acknowledge your editors for helping you for suggesting some of the topic for write up. Never use abusive language if your write up get rejected. Be polite and ask for chances to write on the columns.

Be confident

No writer can be best at the start. You have to work hard to be a best in this genre. In this domain of professions, you can’t show your degrees t have money. You have write better each day to be the best in this domain. So be confident and write well.
