Kite flying is a great way to clear your mind, have fun, and has several health benefits.
1. Eye stimulation – With our constant use of mobile phones and computer screens, our eyes can get tired and unfocused. Focusing on a distant object against a soothing blue sky can reduce eye strain caused by ever present technology.
2. Neck/Shoulder Exercise – Sitting at a desk doesn’t promote good posture; flying a kite allows us to stretch our neck and shoulder muscles.
3. Stress Reliever – Flying a kite is relaxing. When watching a kite drift across an open, blue sky, one focuses on the moment, not on the daily stresses of life.
4. Connect to Nature – Being outdoors provides an opportunity to appreciate the natural beauty present in the sky and in surrounding landscapes that is sometimes taken for granted.
5. Fresh Air – Filling your lungs with fresh air can revitalize and refresh
So, whats your plan for tomorrow?? Flying kites or not???

Tennis can be a frustrating sport, so if you are a newcomer, don’t expect too much from your performance too soon. However these 10 tips with the beginner in mind should help you get off on the right footing.
Hello and welcome to my new blog guys!
This blogs is written on Top 10 Tips For New Tennis Players
I hope it can be beneficial for many of you!
So let's get started!
Tennis Rackets
There are plenty of rackets to choose from, with the standard particularly good, even at the lower end of the scale. Rackets for beginners and junior-sized rackets are relatively inexpensive, but don’t just go for the cheapest — choose one that matches your body and grip size. Ask for advice from the sales assistant. Don’t assume that once a string has broken the racket is no good and should be thrown away. If it is a good one, it may be worth having it re-strung and having the tension adjusted to suit your play.
I can suggest-
1. HEAD
2. Willson
3. COSCO
Practice
The world's best players have spent years getting to where they are, starting at an early age and with help from some of the best coaches. You may play well one week, and then appallingly the next, for no apparent reason. Don’t get downhearted by this — it’s normal! Just keep playing and your game will eventually sort itself out.
Trust me, you need to be patient and calm.
It can take upto 6 months hitting your non stop 50 balls also. But dont loose hope- PRACTICE, till you succeed.
Stay Refreshed
Remember to drink plenty, especially during warm weather, and you can even take light snacks. You will see professional players taking a drink or eating banana during a break in play.
Hitting The Tennis Ball
Aim to hit the ball at waist height. It's easier to hit the ball after it has bounced and is on its way down after it's reached the highest point in the air.
Improve Your Stamina
It doesn’t matter how fast you are around the court, if you’re flagging after only a few games. A good frequent aerobic workout will help. You could get this simply by playing more tennis or taking time to play other sports.

As the name suggests, Krishna Janmashtami is observed to celebrate the birth anniversary of Lord Krishna – the eighth avatar of Lord Vishnu. Celebrated on the eighth day of the Krishna Paksha in the month of Shravana, Krishna Janmashtami will be observed on August 11 this year.
According to the Hindu calendar, this will be the 5247th birth anniversary of Lord Krishna.
The Nishita Pujan timings will begin from 12.05 am and will continue till 12.48 am on August 12.
The idols of Lord Krishna are cleaned with
Milk
Ghee
Curd
and decorate with new clothes and ornaments.
The idol is then placed in a cradle to symbolise the birth of the lord.
In Maharashtra, the festival is celebrated by organising Dahi Handi competitions that conclude with prize distribution ceremonies, while in Gujarat's Dwarka devotees decorate household temples, sing devotional songs and prepare sweetmeats for the God.
In Tamil Nadu, people observe fast and decorate the floor with beautiful patterns made of rice batter called kolams. Young boys in Andhra Pradesh dress up as Krishna and devotees chant mantras and sing devotional songs as well.
What to do and what not to do on Janmashtami day?
Worship time
On the day of Janmashtami, many people worship during the morning or evening. But keep in mind that Lord Krishna was born at midnight, so worshiping at that time is considered beneficial.
Clean utensils
Clean utensils should be used in the worship of Lord Krishna. Keep in mind that these utensils should not be used for any non-vegetarian food.
Peacock feather
Lord Krishna loves peacock feathers. During the worship, do not forget to put peacock feathers to the Lord. Applying peacock feathers during the Lord's decoration enhances the beauty of the Krishna statue.
Silver flute
Lord Krishna loves to play the flute, so during the puja one must keep a silver flute in his aarti. If silver flute is not available, then bamboo flute can also be offered during worship. After the puja, a silver flute should be kept in the purse. It remains the blessing of money grain.
Rakhi
Lord Krishna loved his sister Subhadra very much, so to please Lord Krishna, Rakhi must be kept in the aarti at the time of worship. On Janmashtami, do not forget to tie Rakhi to Kanha along with her elder brother Balaram. By doing this, the grace of Lord Krishna remains.
Makhan
Kanha is loved by Makhan, it is believed that the night Kanha was born, the gopis of Nanda village saw in their dream that Kanha is asking for Makhan. Nandlal loved Makhan so much that he used to steal and eat Makhan from the gopis of his childhood. Therefore, Lord Kanha must offer mishri along with Makhan during worship.
There are a few things, that are prohibited for everybody on a Janmashtami.
Plucking Tulsi Leaves. On the day of Janmashtami, one should not pluck Tulsi leaves.
